The Arab Open University (AOU) is an approved partner institution with the Open University, delivering Open University undergraduate validated awards across all eight branches and postgraduate validated awards in three branches.

AOU seeks faculty members to join the Faculty of Business Studies (Programs: Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, HRM, and Finance) as Full/Associate/Assistant Professor in its Eight University Branches in Arab countries. Qualifications 
Bachelors or Masters must be in Business or its related fields 
Ph.D in Business or its related fields
Candidates must have all his/her degrees within the Business school.
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in each academically-prompted rank.
English proficiency required 
Interest in teaching and research
Professional or practical experience with Open/Blended educational system is a plus 
Individual who enjoys culturally enriching experiences

Responsibilities 
Teach modules within the Business Studies/Programs at bachelor and/or graduate levels. 
Advise and supervise students' work 
Acting as Module(s) coordinator 
Align with the goals of the University and Business school
