I am working on a project to identify best practices for academic virtual teams. We have found some good papers from teams on their experiences. We would like to get more of these. If you know of any papers, I would appreciate references. If anyone knows of a survey that has been used for these teams, that would also be very helpful. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
