The Operations and Management Department at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie, Wisconsin, USA, has an opening for a faculty, tenure-track, nine-month academic year appointment for August 2018.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements

Doctorate completed by August 2018 in Training and Human Resource Development, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, or closely related field

At least three years professional work experience

Post-secondary teaching experience
The university emphasizes teaching competency; candidates brought to campus will be required to teach a component of a class as part of the interview process

RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach graduate and undergraduate courses online and on campus. Primary needs for the Operations and Management position call for teaching Training and Human Resource Development Organization Development, and Organizational Leadership courses. In addition to teaching, all UW-Stout faculty are expected to engage in assessment of student learning; research; service, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment dedicated to inclusive excellence.
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION
The Operations and Management Department is housed in the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Management, serves graduate majors Training and Human Resource Development, Operations Supply Management, Construction, Risk Control, and Healthcare Administration and related undergraduate majors.
