Fellow Netters,
Hi. I am new to the list (just yesterday) and would like to
conduct a brief introduction:
My name is Rick Corcoran and I am a lead facilitator for our
Corporation and a soon-to-be 'Continuous Improvement Manager' for
one of our plants (involves a transfer). I will be responsible
for the Continous Improvement Efforts at this new location,
Employee Empowerment and Kaizen.
I work for Excel Industries, a billion dollar corporation which
manufactures manual and automatic window regulators for
automobiles and trucks; windows for recreational vehicles and
transportaion; seat tracks; seat belts; and misc. items such as
camper water heaters, motor boat motor covers, television
housings, etc.
I look forward to a lot of discussion regarding Learning
Organizations and Vision Led Management. I hope that I will be a
valuable contributor to the list and look forward to learning a
lot from fellow professionals.
Regarding the one or two mails I have read so far today: I have a
good sense of humor and don't take offense very easily.
