While doing extensive research on management education and training,
I came up with a perspective that I think is unique; does
management want to be educated; I claim that a majority do not!
I think that with the tremendous resources at managment's beck and call,
and the tremendous number of failures, that the wrong questions have been
asked for years--not how to fix the company, but does the company
want to be fixed at all and I claim 90% of the managers with down sloping
financials do NOT want their firms to be fixed!
Challenges anyone?
(Yes, some do, but they are not in the majority!)
