Lesley College in Cambridge, MA offers an intensive Masters
degree program in Training and Development. Visit their website
at www.lesley.edu.

I earned my MS in Management from them.

Hi,

The Institute of Development Policy and Management at the University of
Manchester has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, the
focus of which is in Training and Development. It encourages action
learning and I remember that the ITD UK offers membership to their
graduates.

Both the University of MN and the University of St. Thomas (both in MPLS)
have fine grad programs, including Ph.D. at of of M -- MN more research-based
than St. Thomas.

Also ASTD's Career Dev network publishes a book of all the HRD/TD programs --
at least in the US.

THe Smurf Center in St Louis has lists of masters and phd programs in
Entrepreneurship but so far, all of them are just modified MBA programs.

I do not want an MBA; I want a phd or edd in E! Anyone know of one?
