Ok, here's an answer for you.

The advice should depend on the type of management courses. As for the
"hardware" (video tapes, computer simulations, case studies, experiental
exercises, etc.) please take note that going eastwards the material base for
video and computer based training decreases.
That means: have them with you, but be anytime ready to get back to the old
blackboard if neccessary. The most used technique is based on overhead
slides and flipcharts.
As for the case studies, they are good if they are somehow related to the
local problems. You have to do a little bit of research to identify problems
of local interest and then find eventually local examples of solving the
problem. The best solution is to get in contact with a foreign compay
operating in the country you are teaching and listen what they have to say
about.
As for the "software" (the content) remember that whatever you do you must
get as much as possible practical and less theoretical. Theory is good, but
by itself does not convince anybody.
Keep in touch.
