My name is Bill Ison (
Bison1245@aol.com). I am a Doctoral candidate at the
University of North Texas.
I have been in the training and development "business" for the past 15 years.
I currently focus my activities on teaching adults how to use various
software programs (WordPerfect, Lotus 123, dBase, IconAuthor, Visual Basic,
etc) and various "soft skill" training programs: diversity, time management,
communications, etc.
My research focus is on group learning, especially adult learning.
