    Comment: Let's not forget to focus on the workers and the process.
    Support the workers for the long haul and they will support you (management).

    Another forgotten group: engineers! -> Weisbord has a lot to say on this
    subject.... engineers improve quality, product, and workmanship when political
    forces acknowledge their worth.
