    it has been said recently that the list is quiet. Ask what
    happened to k. kemper; sk 
    ask why he was de-enrolled/subscribed! Some subscribers have
    power! Soem just contribute.

    Since you seem to be acquainted with K. Kemper; I'm guessing you know the
    answer to this question. If not, you have the same institutional email
    address, I suggest you speak with him. Possibly the list is quite because
    we're all busy elsewhere.
