Liberation management is a term that has begun to float around in the area
of criticism, and advertising has begun to use this concept in a greater
number of commercials--my favorite is the Packard Bell commercial showing
the evils of the city in comparison to the joys of telecommuting.
It seems that the liberation management movement--if it can be called
that--stems from theories of Marx and Weber. Is this worthy of the name
trend or movement?
