I ask myself :
Who is the customer? Why do you do it? (whatever IT is). How do you adapt?
Do you train How, or teach THE answer? Do you ask" if this, then what?"
Do you manage to survive? What do you get as a leader? Are you rewarded for
results? Do you educate in management, or perhaps manage to educate? Are
you smart or lucky or a hard worker? Are you independently or dependably
adapting honestly and do you display extroversion or introversion when you
are most successful? Does lying pay better? Does dependence create fear?
What works for you based on what you want? If you've got 20 years with the
company and they're lying to you, what do you do? What if you quit? Would
you be survivor?
Geez, this is so deep and wide. Sure glad I don't know THE answer.
Oh, BTW, I am the customer.
