  • 1.  FYI: Simulation Programs?

    Dear all,

    Thought I'd throw this one your way. I have no stock in this program or
    opinions thumbs up or down.

    Do any of you use simulations in class?

    Naturally internship opportunities and hands-on management
    are preferrable, but short of this simulations are good
    when direct experientials are not available.

    Yes, Pat, I use the International Operations Simulation 2000 (INTOPIA).
    Being one of the originators of the game, I am, of course delighted.
    For prelim. info, see Home Page below. Incidentally, I have just written
    an article on the awesome subject of performance evaluation in
    sophisticated simulations. If interested, send me your slow mail address,
    and I'll forward a copy. Best, hans t
