Dear anon:
No, we don't "warrant" our MBAs anymore than high schools warrant that
their graduates can read their diplomas. We do, however, conduct focus
groups with executives from companies all over the state of Washington who
hire our graduates to find out what we do right and what we could do
better. We then make changes to our curriculum as best we can to be sure
that we turn our graduates with both business knowledge and requisite
business skills (written and oral communication, and experience in working
in teams). It's not perfect, but we're confident that anyone who leaves
WSU with our MBA is well prepared to compete and contribute value-added
in the work place.
