Dear Colleagues,
I am designing a management development program for mid and director level
managers in a managed healthcare insurance setting. Many of these people
have had no management training--ever--and have no interest in securing
any! However, there is support to p[romote this. If you have encountered
a similar challenge, I would appreciate your thoughts on how to proceed. I
have done this for a hospital, but the culture was very different--not
"sales" driven. Thanks in advance for your help.
