    I am trying to gather data on Clark Wilson's Managerial Task Cycle. I
    would like to ask you to serve as a member of an expert panel whether
    you are familiar with this model or not.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    How to Answer the Questions
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Most mailers will let you reply and include the original message if your
    mailer will that is probably the easiest way to respond. Check the
    address line to ensure that you are sending this directly back to me,
    fmshipper@ssu.edu, and not out to all those on the MED list server.
    You can also respond my snail mail by printing this questionnaire,
    completing it, and mailing it to the address at the end.

    If a multiple choice question, please pick the LETTER of the
    multiple-choice answer you think is most appropriate and precede the
    answer by a single pound sign.

    For example if you select answer A, precede it by a single pound sign #
    -- like so: #A

    If the question asks for a ranking, precede the event with the ranking that
    you feel is most appropriate. If the question asks you to fill in a blank,
    please do so.
