Hi, I will be teaching an upper level undergrad/lower level graduate course in
quality management this fall and am looking for a textbook. Ideally it should
combine techniques and theory and cover basic SPC concepts. The class will be
focused primarily on for-profits, but also on public administration (i.e.
schools). Does anybody have experience/suggestions? Thanks for you input!
