Here is a new book that most members of this group should find useful.
It is:

Plsek has written a very readable and useful book. He presents a
process which he calls "directed creativity" which offers an approach for
generating your own methods and tools for creative thinking. Part II of
the book takes a leaf from Deming, C.I.Lewis, and Will Durant presenting
some essential theory of creativity. To quote the preface (p. viii)
"This is a creativity book for results-oriented, action-bent people who need
to get something done."
