    I don't remember to have seen any such studies, but there is one paper I can
    think of.
    It is indirectly connected to the topic "Making a Case for EPSS" (may not be
    the exact
    title) by Bazenson in Innovations of Training Technology International
    (formerly ETTI),
    Kogan Page, London, Special Edition on EPSS, 32(1). He makes a case for EPSS at
    Bell Northern, Canada, by analysing ROI. I might have the copy.

    I would be interested to know the outcome of your research.
