Accounting, (1989. San Francisco: Jossey-Bass) by
Professor Eric G. Flamholtz of UCLA's Anderson School.
This book presents a methodology for valuing both people as
Human Resources, not as an expense as accounting
traditionally has, but as an asset. There are cases in the
book that cover your concerns. Hope you find the book
