Because my e-mail provider is changing software, I have to leave the
list for a short while, then resubscribe under a new name. The new
software cannot handle "frank.bell," so I will reappear as "fbell."
In the meantime, private messages sent to the old address should be
delivered okay. He is experience translation problems only with
messages from mailing lists.
