I'd like to ask a favor of any of you who are a member of an ethnically
diverse group and who may be interested in participating in this.
We want to hear comments from corporate professionals of color on what
they need to be happy and productive in the workplace. We (my friend
Malati Shinazy and myself) would like to have your input in putting
together a book, which will be called Wisdom from the Ranks: Employees
of Color Speak to Corporate Leaders.
We want to hear from employees across functions and sectors and the more
input we get, the better the book will be. If you would like to
