When I was at Arizona State University I helped to design a program for
both administrative and academic staff administrators. One of the basic
components of that program was 360 feedback. We used the Survey of
Management Practices from the Clark Wilson Group (800 537-7249). I left
Arizona State in 1991, but the people in Human Resources continue to
    use the program.

In the fall, we plan to hold a developmental workshop for the President
and key administrators at my present university (Salisbury State
University) again using 360 feedback based on the Survey of
Management Practices. I have posted on my home page
(http://perdue.ssu.edu/~fmshippe/) a number of exercises and research
based on this program. Please feel free to take a look.
