Dear Michael Thomas,
We do have an instrument vividly displaying team-individual relations,
"team-playerness" and the like. I am referring to the International
Operations Simulation, and internatl bus strategy exercise calling for
both competition, cooperation and negotiation between as well as within
the executive teams. In addtition to facilitator observations, we have
intrateam evaluations on several criteria relevant here. Clearly, you
might also use some of the "conventional" scales for post-game evaluation.
Interestingly, opnly yesterday there was a similar inquiry on this
newsgrp; you might wish to check the replies to that one.
