This is my posting to this list so I apologize any redundancy with earlier
discussions I may have missed.
I would like to get information regarding the use of assessment activities in
MBA programs. My colleagues and I are in the midst of revising our
assessments which are currently wholly trait-based. We'd like to move to a
behaviorally-based assessment (competency-based), but for our proposal to the
Dean, we need to review how prevalent each kind of assessment is among fellow
programs.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated -- I'm looking for cites to
surveys that have been carried out OR, from those of you involved in MBA
programs who can tell me how your school operates the assessment component.
