    Greetings! My name is George C Tan, Recruitment and People
    Development Manager for Lehman Brothers Asia Limited. I am based in
    Hong Kong, with regional responsibilities throughout Asia.

    I am interested in discussing about people development issues and
    methods with my global peers through this mail. Specifically, I am
    interested in developing our leaders through EQ development
    activities. Any advise?
