Subject: Search for Proceedings Editor
The Academy of Management is now accepting nominations for editor of the
annual Proceedings volume. This is a two or three-year appointment. The
next editor will work closely with the current editors of the Proceedings
of the Academy of Management meetings in 1998, and will produce a CD-ROM
version if possible. S/he will assume full responsibility for the
Proceedings starting with the 1999 volume.
During the next editor's term, a key challenge will be exploring when and
how to produce the Proceedings using electronic media, such as a CD-ROM.
Therefore, nominees with experience and interest in electronic
publications are particularly welcome.
Self-nominations are welcome; nominations will be accepted through
December 1, 1997.
