My name is Glaeser Conradie and I'm 29 years old. I'm employed by the
University of Stellenbosch (Department of Human Resources), South Africa. In
1994 I completed a Postgraduate Degree in I/O Psychology at the same
university. After that I spend some time in Europe (touring and working)
before I started working in South Africa. I'm very interested in doing my
Masters Degree
in Human Resource Development and Training - more spesific the role that the
Internet (of which I have little knowledge) can play. I also realize that
most of the information I will need will come from the USA and Europe. I'm
still in a process of thinking and deciding what the right topic should be
and I will be very greatful if anyone could give me more spesific ideas
(keeping in mind that South Africa is a developing country - with both 1st
world and 3rd world components).
