What an interesting opportunity to teach in Siberia! It made me smile,
because I know some HR Managers who would think that being an HR manager in
Siberia would be redundant! Many seem to feel exiled from the organization
as it is--or at least seem to operate as though they had been exiled from
the organization.
I have no words of wisdom to offer you. Good luck. I'm sure we would all
be interested in hearing highlights of your training challenges when you
