Here is a little more information on me (Unfortunateley I have not
translated my website to English):
I am 30 years old and studied Ecomomics at the Unviersity of Innbruck
My business experience:
1987 I founded with 3 colleagues a computer training and education
company, which we epxanded one year later by selling Hard- and
software. I was responsible for sales and marketing until 1990. 1990
I sold my shares and went to free-lance computer consultancy, market
surveys, especially statistical analysis (the department of
management I work now was one of my first and best customers, maybe
they gave me the job, because they did not want to spend the money
anymore) Further fields of occupancy include event-organization,
organizing public relations and research projects with other
departments.
Since 1993 I am here at the department of management specializing in:
Quality circles work (especially in health services) as a moderator
quality assurance projects
health care management
risk management
operations management in services
Rapid prototyping in medicine
Kano Model
I have published a book on risk management, an empirical study on the
state of the art
of risk management in the german industry, and some articles on risk
management
and the Kano Model
