Greetings to all on this list:
May I jump onto this wonderful bandwagon too? I work in management
development with the San Francisco campus of the University of California.
We are a specialized graduate health care campus. My "clients" are the
university's administration. In addition to responding to the performance,
skill and OD needs of individual business units. I'm also developing our
campus' internal management development program targeting line through
executive managers.
This is my first such comprehensive program design effort and I'm
discovering its inherent challenges. I would be interested in learning how
others have structured their efforts, how you went about making the choices
you did, and how you "pulled it together." I would also be interested in
sharing thoughts about the facilitation of complex case studies.
(I also maintain a private practice in family therapy, mediation,
and performance coaching.) Bye for now! Joseph
