I was advised by Charlie that lurking isn't a socially acceptable behaviour
within this list, and hence decided to throw some thoughts and requests
    into the hat.

By way of introduction: I currently work in the corporate IT arena for one
of the "big four" Australian banks with responsibility for managing an
inhouse "sales" and consulting area within the Information Systems group.
In my spare time I am studying to obtain a Doctorate in Business
Administration. It is with my study hat on that I joined this list
although my professional experience within the consulting field will
hopefully add value to the various streams of discussion.

My preliminary research has focussed on "Corporate Culture" and I am
interested to gain an understanding and insight into research which has
focussed on the value of "coaching" through experential learning and
comparing high and low performance executive teams within the various
    definition of corporate culture.

A broad and vague question at this point. Could anyone provide preliminary
pointers to the use of experential learning within high and low performing
    teams.

    Many thanks

Hi--The use of experiential learning in teams can be focused on any number of
issues from team start-up to team problem solving. Can you clarify your
requirements a bit? Kathy Dechant, UConn SBA
