I found an immensely interesting web site related to distance education.
It seems to called:
TeleEducation makes available The "No Significant Difference" Phenomenon:
as reported in 248 Research Reports, Summaries, and Papers, Fourth Edition
It's at:
http://tenb.mta.ca/phenom/phenom.html
It starts with citations and great quotes from them starting with a 1928 doctoral
dissertation from Columbia University finding no difference in the test scores of
people taking mail correspondence courses and those taking courses in
classrooms.
If you go there and have interesting reactions post them to mg-ed-dv.
Also, please post the address of any management education or
management development web site you see. No, this is not an invitation
to post your company's one though!
