I agree. I can't imagine any process - no matter how capable -
working well without factoring in 'people' and 'relationships'.
Running the risk of getting philosophical...I don't want my
obituary to read: "He increased our sales margin by 5%, but was a
real SOB to work with. We really needed his expertise, but won't
miss him a day".
Communication is highly people dependant. If relationships aren't
in tact...process run without much communication. Poor
communication eventually destroys a company inside out.
