    Hi ...

I would like to have a better understanding of the expectations that
employees have about their employers. Hence, I would appreciate if you
could share yours by kindly replying to the 3 SHORT QUESTIONS BELOW.

    1. What are the kinds of EXPECTATION that you have of your EMPLOYER? (e.g.
challenging job ... wide job scope ... respect from your employers)

    2. What would you do if these EXPECTATIONS are NOT MET? (e.g. would you
complain ... keep quiet and suffer in silence ... quit ... take things into
    your own hands?)

    3. How did you COME UP with these EXPECTATIONS in the first place? (e.g Is
it because it is a norm ... or you learn of it from some people ... or from
    other sources?)

I would like to encorage all of you to share your expectations.

I will post a summary at the end. Thanks!

    Best Regards ...

    THOMAS
