    I am about to do some work with a client to help them assess the
    organization's level of readiness to begin a 360 feedback assessment process.
    Since many of the folks on this list have experience, or at least opinions,
    on this topic, I'd appreciate feedback on the content of the readiness
    assessment I intend to use. If you have a few moments and would enjoy
    looking over the assessment and then sending back a reply with your
    suggestions for improvement, please reply to this message. I will send the
    assessment to you via e-mail for your review. If you respond with
    suggestions, I'll touch base after the project and offer a copy of the
    completed report for your reading pleasure.

    I am a graduate student with passionate interest in management consulting.
    I currently have a masters in MIS, and plan on starting my Ph.D. in
    management shortly. Is there a short definition o 360 degree feedback? I am
    very interested in gathering as much intro data as possible, and would
    appreciate any guidance.

    additionally, I would love to read your assessment, as it will surely help
    me to understand the concept better.
