We have added two new articles to our Online Learning & Resource
Center that may be of interest to list members. Several more will be
added this week.
The first relates to the planning of developmental activities.
Entitled Strategic Learning Plans, it deals with both strategic and
tactical staff development planning and is intended to help you
mazimize the results from your development investments.
The second is of interest to those who work in publicly funded
organizations and is entitled "Settling The Government Customer
Issue".
