There are 14 concurrent workshops already scheduled with presenters coming
from business, the consulting world, and academia from North America,
South America, and Europe. All of them will focus on actual
business experiences involving multinational corporations, and gruped in
the fields of leadership development, team development, and learning
coach development.
There are two parts to the Conference, both designed to maximize your
exposure to fresh approaches to development of high potential leaders in
the global arena. The workshops, between March 31st and April 2nd, and
an outdoor learning experience, between April 3rd and 4th, 1998. The
Conference site will be the Santa Clara Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia,
South America, and the outdoor learning experience will take place in the
Rosary Islands off Cartagena's shore.
Both parts are designed for persons responsible for the professional
development of high-potential staff, human resource and organizational
development professionals, and line managers.
