I have been asked to forward this for your information. I have seen the
materials (and have worked extensively with 16PF derived assessments) and
    have found them very helpful.

    >TEAMWORK RESEARCH PROJECT
    >
    >IPAT is seeking qualified* team development professionals who are working
    >with one or more teams that can participate in a research project about
    >personality and teamwork.
    >
    >Within each participating team, every team member will receive a packet
    >that contains:
    >
    > 1. The 16PF Fifth Edition
    >
    > 2. Team-work focused questionnaires that will ask each member to rate
    >themselves,
    >3 of their fellow team members, and
    >the team as a whole
    > on key teamwork behaviors.
    >
    >3. A background information survey sheet that asks team members to identify
    >their own perceived individual need for training and their perceptions
    >about the training needs of the team as a whole.
    >
    >Team members will need approximately 2 hours to complete the entire packet.
    >
    >In exchange for participating in the project and providing valuable team
    >data, each team development professional will receive:
    >
    >A 16PF feedback report on each team member
    >A summary of the team's 16PF average profile and frequency distribution
    >chart
    >A complete summary of the team-related questionnaire responses
    >
    >
    >NOTE: While the professional will receive individual as well as
    >group-aggregate data, in order to ensure honest responses, participants
    >will need to be assured that their individual results will not be shared
    >with any members of management.
    >
    >
    >If you have any questions or would like to have a sample packet sent to you
    >for evaluation, please feel free to either call David Oakes at
