Permit me to suggest my own creation, DEAL, a computerized business
gaming simulation designed to run from a PC-platform local area
network. Unlike many other simulations, this one requires every
students to register, tracks every student, and advances itself
automatically. Students set up companies, employ, and pay each
other, so you get the full organizational spectrum, but the computer
keeps track of who's doing what for whom at all times, so you don't
have to.
The best part of the deal is that faculty of educational institutions
can get the package at no cost simply by writing me a letter on
institutional letterhead with your request and explaining your
intended application. Your students get the manual at no cost
also, because it's on the web and accessible through the URL below.
