    Dear Netters,

Some time ago, I posted to the HRNET a question asking for input on b-school
comprehensive exams. I received a number of responses. At the
suggestion of Charlie Wankel, I am posting that summary to the
Mg-Ed-Dv net. I would like to thank those individuals who took the time to
share their knowledge and I would also like to thank Charlie for his
    suggestion.

If you have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to let me know.

One colleague had experience with what was termed "senior-level
integrated assignments." They are designed by faculty for each major
and include a knowledge and outcomes component.

Another colleague suggested contacting SIOP to obtain their work on
    prescribed competencies in I/O Psych.

A third colleague suggested that we drop the idea.

Finally, a colleague suggested in-basket exercises and also referred
me to Phil Kienast at the University of Washington.

Thanks again to all who responded.

    Ken
