Dear Professor Al-Awadh,
One source, although a little dated, that you might find useful for KSFs
is de Vasconcellos e Sa' and Hambrick's 1989 SMJ article. It examines
KSFs in mature industrial products industries, but the concept and their
methods could be generalizable to other contexts as well. The paper also
includes references (e.g., Andrews, 1971) that might be useful. Finally,
by doing a Social Citations search of articles that have cited their article,
you may be able to find more recent studies employing the concept of KSFs.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
Franz T. Lohrke
