    If you're going to be in the UK in January, you should know about this conference  (Please forgive multiple postings):

    GETTING A RETURN ON DEVELOPMENT

    Two-day conference in London: FRIDAY/SATURDAY, JANUARY 30-31, 1998

    Choose 5 workshops from a choice of 17 + keynotes + energiser sessions + 2 debates (complete programme at end)

    This is a small (c.200), friendly event put on annually by the Central London Branch of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Anyone involved with or interested in training and development will find something for them. Numbers are limited, so if you're interested, book soon. Cost is £265 for non IPD members or for single days, £200 for Friday and £175 for Saturday. (Friday includes a festive dinner). Fee must be paid in British pounds sterling.
