First, I have to say, it seems kind of strange to be responding to "Public
Sector Manager Newsletter Online" instead of a person.
The effects of technology are tremendous, in many ways. If we hadn't
invented gun powder and explosives, killing could only happen in hand to
hand combat. Granted, killing is killing, but I could sure do without the
impersonal killing on a grand scale that technology has enabled.
More to the point, the ability for any information to be made available by
anyone who can create a website, and then for anyone who wants to access
that information without being coerced into doing so, is a revolution of
immeasurable scope. Can you see that?
