The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University is pleased to
announce the availability of our CBT software development tools,
appropriately called MAGIC (Models for Automatically Generating Interactive
CBT), as freeware to download and use.
This plug-in software works with Asymetrix Toolbook, and allows Computer
Based Training developers to significantly cut development time and produce
instructionally superior products. MAGIC allows for the increase of dynamic
content and the increase of quality assurance, while at the same time
decreasing the development ratio and decreasing cost. Please check out the
    web site at:

for a description and to download the MAGIC CBT software tools for free.
