I have a form in the Word 2.0 document format that may be useful in
assessing group participation by peers. I have used it on a couple of
campuses to allow students to get feedback on their performance based upon
the perceptions of their peers.
Students can measure their peers on the dimensions of influence, status,
power, leadership satisfaction, communication and decision-making. If you
use it to develop an index, it can be very effective to let students know
where they need to improve.
