JOIN IN A DISTANCE EDUCATION PANEL PROPOSAL FOR
THE ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT AUG 98, SAN DIEGO MEETING
Charlie Vance Charlie Vance of Loyola Marymount University in Los
    Angeles
wrote to me that he is "really interested in sharing what I have been
    doing for
the past year in distance learning with our students in Germany using
    the Internet,
and involving international part-time internships, and teaching
    international
entrepreneurship and business & society. I just wouldn't be able to put

together in such short time a single "publishable" paper (e.g., 20 pages

with strong conceptual grounding, etc.), but could get out a few really
exciting pages of what I've been up to and what I plan on in the near
future for part of a symposium proposal. Do you know anyone who might
    be
interested in my adding on to their symposium proposal at this late of
    date?"
As MED Division Program Chair I can say that I would be
surprised if such a proposal did not get on the program. So, if you
are interested in joining in a sure-fire proposal with the Californian
professor whom I most respect, contact Charlie Vance at
