    Dear Ellen,

We have a three-phase program that addresses your areas of focus. The three
phases -- team performance and life-cycle, cause and effect in
human/business systems, and stewardship and sustainability -- are presented
through our "Experiences in Teamwork," "Experiences in Systems," and
"Experiences in Stewardship" modules, respectively. We use context-oriented
action simulations that involve mind/body/spirit. We are a co-developer of
Interel's line of Action Learning Systems and related Action Simulation
Software. The Action Learning Systems include such products as the Electric
    Maze, Sentinel, and Sequencer.

Each module provides a whole-being experience and taps the inherent tacit
knowledge of participants, raising it to consciousness. New skills are
practiced, developed, and internalized in a safe learning environment.
Because of the interdependent nature of the requisite competencies,
participants learn together with one another

"Experiences in Teamwork" incorporates two very effective and unique
models/simulations for sustainable team performance: "At The Headwaters Of
Performance (TM)," and "Team Dynamic Balance (TM)."

"Experiences in Systems" incorporates the "Chaos (TM)" and "Dynamics of
Systems (TM)" simulations that provide the necessary insight into the
behavior of dynamic human/business systems. An understanding of systems is
necessary to learn (associating cause/effect through circular causality) and
to provide the necessary supporting structure to prevent teamwork from
eroding. Participants become the seekers of solutions rather than feeling
victimized by the complexity of their environments. New developments with
the Electric Maze and Sentinel graphically demonstrate how system dynamics
effect learning feedback and the responsiveness of organizations.

"Experiences in Stewardship" provides the necessary understanding and
practice to lead sustainable, ecological organizations. Based on the models
of servant-leadership and stewardship, this module develops the skills
needed to create rich learning environments and to build the capacity for an
organization to be adaptable and responsive.

All modules present comprehensive content in a very adjacent manner without
the use of jargon and exclusive terminology. The learning environments
created produce a collective sigh of relief from participants when they
realize they know more than they thought they did and as they find that they
can freely admit to and seek what they don't know.

I'd be pleased to have the opportunity to talk further if that is your wish.

    Warmly,

    John
