    For any of you who are job-hunting, my department chairman has asked me to
    notify you of the following academic position in OB&D. Please reply to
    the chairman, not to me.

    The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management
    is seeking applications for a teaching position in the Organizational
    Behavior and Development program. The program has been ranked by an
    outside source as one of the top five in the country.

    Responsibilities: The applicant should qualify for the rank of Assistant
    or Associate Professor. Primary teaching responsibility will be at the
    graduate level with some undergraduate teaching duties. Teaching,
    research, and committee assignments are all part of the professional
    responsibilities. Advanced graduate seminars are taught on a rotating
    basis with other program faculty. Other administrative detail and
    assignments by the Chairman of the Department of Management Science and
    the Program Director of OB&D are to be expected.

    Qualifications: Ph.D. in organizational behavior, behavioral science,
    industrial and organizational psychology, social psychology, business
    management, or related field. Teaching experience is required along with
    research and publications. The applicant should be committed to teaching,
    research, education, and a vision of maximizing student learning.

    Academic rank is negotiable depending on experience, background, research,
    and publications. Salary and fringe benefits are competitive. Please
