form, or in refereed journals, and management development professionals in
large public or private organizations, who might be willing to give me
endorsements, or maybe even write a review for a magazine or journal, for my
new book that will be published in May. The publisher will send a bound copy
of the manuscript to you if you are interested.
The book's title is High Quality Leadership: Practical guidelines for becoming
a more effective manager.
The book presents a very practical approach to the leadership component of
leadership decision making and planning skills. It is solidly based on the
management and pedagogical literature.
Though it will be published by ASQ Quality Press, it does not concern total
quality or related concepts.
It is built around practical scenarios in each chapter which are analyzed and
commented on, based on thorough, comprehensive, integrated, non-prescriptive
guidelines which become more detailed and thorough in later chapters. In
their simplest form, the guidelines are immediately useful for some of the
decisions that students and managers at all levels have to make, as well as
for decisions in their personal lives.
